Assigning ID numbers to your characters or roles helps keep your talent list organized—especially when working from a fixed character list. Here’s how to do it in just a few clicks.
Adding a Role ID
When you’re typing in a position title for a talent, keep an eye out for the key icon 🔑 that appears. Click this icon to open the field where you can set a Role ID. This is typically a number, but it can also be a letter or combo—whatever makes sense for your project.
Once you’ve entered the ID, just hit the blue check mark ✅ to save it. Done!
Editing an Existing Role ID
If you need to update an existing ID, simply click on the role from your talent list. You’ll see the current Role ID listed—just click on it to make your changes.
Pro Tip: Toggle by Role
Want to view all your roles—even the ones that don’t have talent assigned yet? Just use the “By Role” toggle at the top of the talent list. This is super handy if you’re working from a predetermined character breakdown and want to assign talent later.
