It is pretty easy to export your data from Scenechronize and then import it into SetHero. Here are the steps:
Open your Scenecronize portal and login.
Go to the Breakdown section and click on the smaller Reports tab underneath. In this section, you will see many different reports you can export. Here are the ones that work well with SetHero:
Scene Details - use the Excel version of this report to import basic scene information into SetHero. (note: do not select the option for “Include Scene Summaries”)
Character Ranking - use the Excel version of this report to import character numbers / names into the cast section of SetHero.
Set Names and Locations - use the Excel version of this report to import location names into SetHero. (note that Scenecronize doesn’t allow you to add address data to locations, so you’ll have to add that into the Excel file before importing or else add the info in SetHero after importing)
