Many projects don't serve all three meals: breakfast, 1st meal ("lunch") or 2nd meal ("dinner").  Luckily, it's very easy to remove a meal from your call sheet if you don't wish to include it.

To remove a meal from the call sheet, all you need to do is not include a start time and the meal will not be listed.  Simply click into the "start time" text box for that meal and backspace until the time is blank.  Once you click out of the text box, you should see the meal disappear from the call sheet.
