If you accidentally made a purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of the purchase and we will be happy to assist you with a refund. After 48 hours, we cannot offer a refund or credit for reasons other than shoot cancelation. If you made a one-time project purchase and the shoot was canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us.
