Apply a coupon code

Where to enter a coupon or promo code, and why one might not work

Have a coupon or promo code? You enter it on the order review step, before you pay.

1. Go to Company Billing and choose the plan or upgrade you want to buy.
2. On the Review Order step, select + Add Coupon Code.
3. Enter your code and select Apply. The discount appears as Coupon amount in your order.
4. Check the total and finish your purchase.

You can use one coupon code per order. If you're part of a school or organization group, your group code goes in your account settings instead, and the discount is applied automatically.

Note: Weekly pay-as-you-shoot plans don't have a coupon field, so you can't use a code on them.

If your code doesn't work

This coupon is not valid means the code isn't active, has reached its redemption limit, or has already been redeemed. Check the code for typos and try again. If it still doesn't work, email support@sethero.com with the code and we'll take a look.
