Features SetHero doesn't offer

SetHero focuses on call sheets and production reports, so there are a few things it doesn't do. Here's what to do instead.

Can I publish several call sheets at once?

Not at the moment. Each call sheet is published on its own. Publish and send a call sheet covers the steps.

Can I send call sheets through WhatsApp?

No, SetHero sends call sheets by email and text message. To share one on WhatsApp, download the PDF and send it yourself. SetHero can't track confirmations for copies you send this way.

Can I message my crew without sending a call sheet?

Not at the moment. SetHero only emails or texts your cast and crew when you publish a call sheet or production report, so there's no way to send a message on its own. If your message is about a shoot day, resend that day's call sheet and add a note from production. For anything else, export your contacts and use your own email or messaging app.

Is SetHero available in other languages?

No, SetHero is only available in English.

Can I pause my subscription?

No, there's no pause option. If you're between projects, you can cancel and subscribe again when you're ready. Your projects, contacts, call sheets, and production reports stay in your account. Cancel your subscription explains what changes while you're not subscribed.

Can I make a shot list?

SetHero doesn't have a shot list tool, but you can download our free shot list template. Once your shot list is ready, you can attach it to your call sheet as a file. To record what you filmed each day, log the scenes shot on your production report.

Does SetHero have budget templates?

No, SetHero doesn't include budgeting tools or budget templates. Our comparison of the top 6 film budgeting software tools can help you choose one.

Can I create a Day Out of Days report?

SetHero doesn't generate a Day Out of Days report, but you can download our free Day Out of Days template. You can still set each person's Work Status on the call sheet, using the standard Day Out of Days codes.
